Instructions

I have had some questions on how to make the T-shirt dress so here is the instructions.

T-shirt dresses

 I got the idea to make these dresses from a project the church was doing for an orphanage. I liked them so much I made some for my nieces. You just make the skirt and sow it onto a shirt. It was really easy to do.

I made this head band to go with the skirt. I had added a layer of tulle to the skirt so I made the flower out of tulle.

I was so excited when I found two of the same fabric in two different colors.

Wipes case

I thought this was a really cute idea and it was so fast and easy to make. I had a small travel wipes case and used the hot glue gun to glue the denim fabric on the bottom and glue batting and the fabric on top. I used a little braided ribbon around the edges to hide the ends of the fabric and then added my decorations on top.

Comforter

This is a comforter I made for my son. It was a lot of fun to make just very time consuming. I used Denim on the back and between the squares and Corduroy around the small squares. My son loves the movie 'Cars' and was very excited for me to make this for him.

Little Tutus

I made these tutus for my Nieces. They were a lot of fun and really fast to make.They looked so cute in them.

They are twins so I made one more pink and the other more purple.

Past Projects

Here are a few of the crafts I have done lately.

Here are some name blocks I made. I used a crackle paint on them. The black one I just sanded the edges down to the bare wood.

My husband made this one. We bought a frame at D.I. for $2 then glued plywood on the back. I used the Cricket to cut out the vinyl lettering and then we used a clear coat to finish.

I made this for my son. It was a lot of fun to make, it just took a long time because I sewed the pockets by hand.

I took the diaper bag I got from the hospital and sewed a ribbon on the pockets and made a flower with the ribbon using a button as the center.
